It is published for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks you can renew it for another 4 weeks, and so on.

Do I need to pay for renewing my ad?

No, renewal is 100% free as well.

How many advertisements I can list?

As many as you like. As long as you are not advertising same vehicle in more than one ad.

Should I provide my post code to complete search?

Post code is not necessary to complete vehicle search.
